An award-winning, non-profit hospital in Northwest Iowa is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine provider to take over a retiring provider's panel.
Position Details:
• Full-spectrum family medicine with obstetrics practice opportunity at a modern, well-equipped hospital in Northwest Iowa - C-sections are optional
• Incredible work-life balance with a true 4-day work week schedule and 1:8 OB call rotation (only 4 call days per month)
• Dedicated RN, patient service representative, Epic EMR, and AI scribing
• $355K guaranteed annual comp, plus bonuses - providers are making $500K+
• $200K signing bonus, $12K relocation stipend, 35 days PTO, PSLF-eligibility, and more
