As a Senior Advisor, you will lead the development of performance reporting, providing essential insights into organisational delivery performance. This role is integral in ensuring that leaders have timely access to accurate information regarding delivery, investment, and outcomes, thereby influencing strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of performance reporting frameworks
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data for organisational leaders
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve desired outcomes
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet reporting needs.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve outcomes
- Strong capability in data visualisation tools, such as Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex performance information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality management.
