ABOUT THE POSITION. 

As Site Engineer you'll be embedded within the project team, playing an active role in the delivery of a landmark multi-residential project valued at $100M+. You'll take ownership across WHS compliance, programme management, services coordination and RFI management, working closely with a highly experienced team to drive quality outcomes. The breadth of this role is intentional, designed to give you the well-rounded exposure needed to step into Project Engineering.
  
DUTIES.
  • Implement and manage construction plans, schedules, and budgets on-site
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control, safety compliance, and workflow
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and ensure projects objectives are met
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
  • Proven record of monitoring, managing and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
