Join Our Team as a Copper Brazer – 1st and 2nd Shift!

Are you an experienced HVAC Coil Brazer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join a leading manufacturing company and become part of a growing team with ample opportunities for overtime and career advancement!

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM (plenty of overtime available)
2nd Shift: Monday through Saturday, 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience, including soldering, brazing, and major repairs (coils, compressors, condensers)
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and using a measuring tape (to 1/16”)
  • Skilled in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and simple measuring devices
  • Experience preparing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and air-cooled condensers
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to inspect work for quality, recognize errors, and resolve issues independently
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as needed
  • Must adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards (PPE and steel-toe boots required)
