Job Overview:
The Lead Management Specialist serves as the first human connection a potential customer has with the company after raising their hand through a digital inquiry, web form, web chat, or phone call. This role sits at the intersection of marketing-generated demand and the sales/customer support organization, turning inbound interest into a positive customer experience and well-qualified, sales-ready opportunities.

With a focus on speed, professionalism, curiosity, and qualification accuracy, this individual responds quickly — primarily by phone — to understand the customer’s needs, determine whether the inquiry aligns with our products and solutions, and connect the customer with the right internal resource. The Lead Management Specialist is not simply routing leads; they are owning the customer experience for the life of the inquiry, ensuring each customer feels heard, supported, and guided through the next step.  This position partners closely with Application Engineering, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality lead handling, service-level responsiveness, and a best-in-class customer experience. The role requires the ability to “hand off without letting go” — staying engaged after the initial handoff to confirm the customer is being supported and the opportunity continues to move forward.

As a foundational commercial role, this position is designed for someone with strong customer orientation, sales energy, and a desire to grow. It provides hands-on exposure to customer engagement, lead conversion, CRM discipline, internal collaboration, and opportunity development, serving as an entry point into broader career paths in sales, marketing, customer experience, or commercial excellence.
