Job Summary

Coordinate and support the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across manufacturing departments. Help teams improve equipment performance, reduce waste, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate TPM activities across manufacturing departments.
• Train, coach, and support employees on TPM practices.
• Monitor and audit TPM activities on the production floor.
• Help Team Leaders and Managers create action plans and improve TPM processes.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Create and update TPM documents, worksheets, and standards.
• Develop Autonomous Maintenance standards.
• Track and report TPM results, including cost savings and losses.
• Lead Lean and waste reduction activities.
• Provide Kaizen training and help coordinate improvement projects.
• Support TPM and safety initiatives.
• Assist with tooling, production, and troubleshooting concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong work history.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and tooling issues.

Training

• Safety and environmental training.
• Lockout/Tagout.
• 5S.
• Hazard Communication.
• Ergonomics and workplace safety.
• IATF awareness.
• Emergency procedures and incident reporting.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, reach, twist, pull, carry, and grip as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
