The opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Talent Specialist to own blue-collar recruitment for a high-growth WA civil contractor. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows civil infrastructure, understands site-based FIFO workforces and can deliver quality hires quickly. You’ll work closely with operational leaders, build pipelines from scratch and manage end-to-end recruitment across trades, operators and mobile plant roles.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment.
• Source, screen and secure trades, operators and mobile plant talent.
• Build trusted relationships with operations, project and site leaders.
• Create proactive talent pools for current and future project needs.
• Keep recruitment activity organised, compliant and moving quickly.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have proven blue-collar recruitment experience in civil construction, mining, resources, heavy industry or agency recruitment, ideally in a business that moves fast and expects results.

• Civil infrastructure recruitment experience either internal or agency
• Strong understanding of trades, operators and mobile plant roles.
• Confident stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building recruitment pipelines from scratch.
• High attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• Recruitment system or HRIS experience.
• Current C-Class Driver’s Licence.
