Stager (Bilingual Required)

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Product Stager to work at a company located in the Rogers, AR area! Job Title: Product Stager Job Location: Rogers Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Up to $18/hr, Mon-Fri, 5:30/6:30PM-6AM Position Summary: Product stager is responsible for organizing and staging finished bakery products for customer orders and distribution. Key Responsibilities: Unload empty trays from route trucks and place them in designated staging areas Keep product tray and slicer operators supplied with the correct trays and boxes Fill customer orders according to wrap sheets and customer order sheets Stage completed bakery products in the appropriate designated areas Ensure boxed products are properly labeled, shrink-wrapped, and staged Communicate with production employees regarding quantities, labels, color codes, and date codes needed for orders Maintain accurate counts and all wrapped and staged products Handle products carefully to maintain quality and product integrity Separate and properly stage any products placed on hold Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all GMP, food safety, housekeeping, quality, and company procedures Report product safety or quality concerns to a supervisor or manager Qualifications: Bilingual – Spanish and English If you have any questions regarding this position, please reach out: Bentonville-Jobsquad 479-419-5429/ Hablamos tu idioma The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
