A highly regarded critical access hospital in rural Southeast Nebraska is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join its collegial, supportive care team. This is a rare opportunity for a provider who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits their lifestyle.

Opportunity Details:
• Provide 24-hour call coverage 6–14 days per month
• Cover a low-volume emergency department and support inpatient care
• Emergency department volume of approximately 600–900 visits annually
• Average inpatient census of 1–2 patients
• Join an established team of 3 APPs and 1 physician
• Enjoy a high level of independence and autonomy
• Ideal for a provider comfortable practicing in a rural hospital environment
• Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Flexible options available: PRN, part-time, or full-time
