Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday; In Office Tuesday–Thursday)

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is a key member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, partnering closely with Recruiters, HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and candidates to support the recruiting process from interview scheduling through offer management. This role is responsible for ensuring an efficient, organized, and positive hiring experience while maintaining compliance and supporting high-volume recruiting operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner daily with recruiters to support recruiting activities and resolve inquiries.
  • Maintain candidate and job requisition information within the SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinate and adjust interview schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodations in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Order, monitor, and report on candidate background checks, drug screens, and employment assessments.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters to candidates.
  • Manage communications through the external careers mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain compliance with OFCCP documentation requirements.
  • Deliver a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of related Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations experience.
  • Experience coordinating high-volume virtual and onsite interviews.
  • Experience creating and sending offer letters.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
