What's On Offer
- Rates up to $875/shift, depending on experience and project
- Driller opportunities from $875/shift + bonuses
- Production & KPI bonus opportunities across selected projects
- 2:1, 2:2, 4:2, 7:7 & 20:10 rosters available
- Opportunities across WA and interstate
- Surface & Underground Diamond Drilling
- Temp-to-perm and permanent positions
- Multiple projects and mobilisation options
- Established drilling operations with large operating fleets
- Immediate and upcoming starts
- Weekly pay across casual placements
- Medicals, onboarding and mobilisation coordinated
- Carrying out Surface and/or Underground Diamond Drilling operations
- Operating diamond drill rigs safely and efficiently to drilling programs
- Achieving required production, recovery and drilling targets
- Monitoring ground conditions, penetration rates and drill performance
- Completing pre-start inspections and operational checks
- Identifying equipment faults and assisting with minor maintenance requirements
- Maintaining accurate drilling and shift records
- Working closely with offsiders, supervisors and site teams
- Maintaining high standards of equipment care and housekeeping
- Consistently working within site safety procedures and critical controls
- Previous Diamond Drilling experience within mining or exploration
- Surface and/or Underground experience considered
- Experience operating DE710, DE740, UDR1000 and/or UDR1200 highly regarded
- Experience across other Diamond Drill rigs will also be considered
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment care
- Ability to work FIFO/DIDO day and night shift rosters
- Strong commitment to safety, drilling performance and productivity
