Responsibilities
- Deliver face to face and virtual training sessions to individuals and groups
- Facilitate workshops, webinars and lunch and learn sessions
- Train staff on AI tools and technology platforms used across the firm
- Provide one on one support and troubleshooting assistance
- Develop training materials, guides and user resources
- Support the rollout of new systems, processes and technologies
- Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Track training participation and engagement
About You
- Previous experience working within a law firm as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or legal business services professional
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Word functionality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A confident, approachable and service focused style
- Interest in technology, innovation and AI tools
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
