Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift- 10pm-6:30am

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician

PAY: $21/hr - $24/hr

HOURS: 10:00pm - 6:30am

LOCATION: Jonestown, PA

BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining the Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) building, exterior structures, grounds, warehouse equipment, conveyors, and related utilities to ensure safe and efficient operations at all times.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain building structures using basic carpentry, electrical, and HVAC skills.

• Maintain and repair warehouse conveyor systems utilizing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment and facility systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Interpret machine drawings, blueprints, and building schematics.

• Repair damaged warehouse property, including floors, dock doors, lighting, and related equipment.

• Manage facility equipment records and maintenance files.

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and conveyor systems.

• Assist with OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives.

• Participate in facility housekeeping and work clean programs.

• Support the Safety Culture by following established SOPs and providing safety recommendations.

• Assist supervisors in identifying and mitigating risks to associates and business operations.

• Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, turret trucks, and order pickers.

• Clean up spills and maintain a safe work environment.

• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Perform all duties within safety guidelines while meeting productivity and quality standards.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience working with conveyors, warehouse equipment, facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems preferred.

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and maintenance practices required.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics.

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.

• Experience with conveyors, material handling equipment, and facility maintenance systems preferred.
