Web Application Test Engineer (Contract)

A leading global consumer goods company is looking for an Infrastructure Team Support professional to join its IT Transformation team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical infrastructure support for requests submitted to the IT & Transformation Service Architecture (SA) team. Accurately communicate requirements to infrastructure architect members (native English speakers) and collaborate with them through to completion
- Operate and maintain the Global IT Platform (AGH-managed Azure and AWS environments) used by in-house engineers, including incident response and security enhancements when issues arise
- Manage AGH Entra ID to enable global users to access global applications, such as Asahi Link, via Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Develop and implement Conditional Access policies, including mandatory MFA and compliant-device requirements, to ensure secure access for authorized users while preventing unauthorized access
- Support the design and implementation of infrastructure and security solutions for newly established overseas locations
- Maintain expertise in the latest Microsoft Entra ID technologies, such as cross-tenant synchronization and multi-tenant organizations, and take responsibility for design, implementation, and operations when new projects are launched
- Manage access permissions for third-party tools and platforms, such as GitHub

Required Skills:
- Practical experience communicating in both English and Japanese, using technical terminology related to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Microsoft 365, and Intune
- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure
- Hands-on experience operating and managing Microsoft Entra ID
- Hands-on experience operating various security solutions included with Microsoft 365 E5 licensing

Working hours: 9:00–17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays, 10 days granted in the first year after 6 months of employment
