You will be leading safety across a single site to ensure effective governance and consistent application of standards. Establishing and maintaining robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Engaging with senior leaders, internal stakeholders and sharing best practices across the wider organisation. You will be part of a broader health, safety and environment team. Driving a positive safety and wellbeing culture by influencing and coaching leaders.

Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety, Environment, Engineering or relative discipline
- Strong leadership capability with experience engaging operational and front line employees.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to partner and hold robust conversations.
- Solid understanding of EHS legislation, compliance requirements, and management systems
- Experience in incident investigation methodologies and risk management practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate risk and compliance into clear actions
