Job Position: Plating Production Associate

Location: Plano, TX 75074

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Shift:

Description: Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Available based on production needs

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Plating Laborers to support our production team. In this role, you will assist with the plating process by preparing parts, moving materials through the production line, and ensuring finished products are handled safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Wire and hang parts for the plating process
Assist with moving parts through the plating line
Blow dry parts after the plating process is completed
Remove wiring from finished parts and prepare them for transport
Move and clean part carriers as needed
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties within the work area
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for the entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Schedule & Compensation
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime opportunities available
