Talent Acquisition Consultant

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Talent Consultant to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. Supporting the HR and recruitment function, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment processes, engaging with candidates and supporting hiring managers across the business.

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support across a range of corporate and site-based roles
• Coordinate and assist with interviews, including scheduling and candidate communications
• Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant job boards and sourcing platforms
• Support candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage relationships where required
• Maintain recruitment systems, documentation and general recruitment administration
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring needs

• Previous experience in internal recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support or HR administration
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, positive and team-oriented approach
• Experience using recruitment systems or ATS platforms is advantageous
