Our client is seeking a hands-on Foreman with proven experience managing site operations on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can drive programme outcomes, and leads from the front on site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
  • Drive site safety compliance and ensure OH&S standards are maintained
  • Monitor construction programme and assist in achieving project milestones
  • Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
  • Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, consultants and trades
  • Ensure quality assurance standards and defect minimisation
  • Manage site logistics, deliveries and workforce coordination
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting
  • Promote strong site culture, productivity and communication
What's Required from you

  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Manager across commercial and industrial projects
  • Previous experience delivering large-scale builds such as data centres, warehouses, hospitals, manufacturing facilities or major commercial developments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and work to tight deadlines
  • Current First Aid Certificate essential
  • Relevant building qualifications required
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction and safety standards
