The schedule for each day will be finalized by 5pm the day prior so you have the ability to call any patients to schedule the specific times with ample notice. We schedule the patient day but it's up to the clinician to schedule the appointment times with the patient. For example, they will see 5-6 patients on their schedule and would call to set up the specific appointment times. We have schedulers on staff who can help update schedules accordingly in the EMRs depending on what times the clinician and the patient land on.
