Practice/Organization Details:
• Manage a dedicated patient panel with just 8–12 patients per day, allowing for unrushed visits and relationship-driven care
• Enjoy the independence to manage your own daily workflow and schedule while being supported by physicians, triage, scheduling, clinical operations, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Work within an innovative care model that consistently outperforms national quality benchmarks and focuses on improving outcomes while reducing unnecessary hospitalizations

• Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and call only 2–3 times per year
Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary up to $125,000 plus additional performance-based bonus potential
• 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance beginning Day 1
• CME allowance plus employer-paid licensing, malpractice coverage, basic life insurance, and AD&D
