Recruitment Advisor
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end to end white- and blue-collar recruitment and selection processes
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Develop job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
- Coordinate offers and onboarding activities
- Build talent pipelines and provide recruitment market insights
- Must have 3 years of experience in a recruitment role
Key responsibilities:
- Provide advice on employee and industrial relations matters
- Manage investigations, performance management and workplace issues
- Interpret employment legislation, Modern Awards and workplace policies
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and employee engagement initiatives
- Coach leaders on best-practice people management
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a Human Resources, with strong experience in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- HRBP applicants will have significant Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are highly regarded
