YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Extensive Rotor Dynamics experience in mechanical design engineering within aerospace or related industries, focusing on complex component and system design
Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS APDL or ANSYS Workbench
Proficiency in 1D Beam based FEA technique
Proficiency in Rotor Dynamics & Shafting Structural Analyses
Ability to lead design reviews, conduct risk assessments, and mentor engineering teams effectively
Proven leadership experience in managing mechanical design projects in aerospace environments
