Lawn Maintenance Laborer

Responsible for performing general lawn care and landscaping tasks to keep properties clean, healthy, and well-manicured. Duties include operating commercial lawn equipment, trimming, planting, and general grounds upkeep.

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, and other lawn care equipment.

  • Perform string trimming along walkways, fence lines, and other areas.

  • Trim and shape shrubs and hedges.

  • Plant shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping materials.

  • Perform leaf clean-up and removal.

  • Pull weeds and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas.

  • Perform general lawn maintenance and grounds upkeep as needed.

  • Maintain and clean equipment after use.

  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have valid drivers license

  • Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely.

  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods.

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • Pay Rate is $16 per hour

  • 1st Shift

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

  • Temp-To-Hire

  • Benefits after Probation period
