- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and networking faults on systems
- Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs at customer sites
- Install, test, configure, and commission systems and third-party equipment
- Support system upgrades and new project deployments
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and end users
- Maintain service records and manage stock via service management tools
- Work closely with Service Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Support teams
What You'll Need
- 3+ years in a IT/technical field, service, or systems engineering role
- Strong IT and networking knowledge
- Proven hardware and software diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence, valid passport, and willingness to travel
