ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is a hands-on position, with the successful candidate expected to remain actively involved in BIM modelling and technical delivery, rather than moving into a purely managerial or coordination-focused role. Depending on experience, the position would suit a Senior BIM Modeller ready to take the next step or a BIM Lead who enjoys staying close to the detail. You will work closely with engineers, project teams, and the Director to develop and deliver high-quality BIM models across a diverse project portfolio.
  
DUTIES.

• Produce accurate, high-quality models and documentation in line with project requirements and industry standards
• Take ownership of BIM deliverables, ensuring models are coordinated, accurate, and delivered within project timeframes
• Coordinate MEP services across disciplines and contribute to clash detection and resolution
• Support the development and continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards across the business

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Proven experience in MEP BIM modelling within an engineering consultancy
• Strong expertise across Revit, Revizto, Navisworks, and Dynamo
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and technical accuracy
