Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking to lead a large team within a fast-paced FMCG operation?

We are recruiting for an Evening Warehouse Manager to join a busy distribution facility, managing warehouse operations during the evening shift and leading a team of approximately 30 employees.

The Role

As Evening Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient and productive running of warehouse operations while delivering excellent customer service and achieving key operational KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of approximately 30 warehouse employees.
  • Driving productivity, accuracy and service level performance.
  • Monitoring and reporting on warehouse KPIs.
  • Producing operational reports and analysing performance trends.
  • Leading daily team briefings and shift handovers.
  • Planning labour resources to meet operational demands.
  • Managing stock accuracy through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Resolving operational issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promoting high standards of Health & Safety, quality and compliance.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous warehouse management experience within FMCG, logistics, distribution or manufacturing.
  • Experience leading large operational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience managing KPIs and producing operational reports.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
