Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing government clients and grow strategic relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the public sector
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and propose tailored solutions
- Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs
- Support pipeline development, reporting, and forecasting
- Demonstrated success in IT sales or account management, preferably within the federal government space
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and relationship management
- Familiarity with technology solutions including cloud, infrastructure, security, or managed services
- Strong communication skills and a consultative, client-first mindset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented
- Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirements
