Senior Product Manager (AI & Network APIs)

A Global IT Service firm is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI and Network API initiatives for international roaming products and services.
As part of the International Business Department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of international telecommunications services by driving AI-powered innovation, developing Network API products, and working closely with global carriers, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI and Network API initiatives for international roaming products and services
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to optimize roaming agreements, improve network selection, enhance customer experience, and drive cost efficiencies
- Define product roadmaps and feature specifications for AI-powered roaming solutions and Network APIs, working closely with engineering, data science, and business development teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to prepare realistic business cases and identify emerging trends and technologies in AI, automation, and Network APIs
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI and Network APIs, from ideation and prototyping to launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Collaborate with international carriers and partners to integrate AI and automation capabilities into roaming services
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI and Network API initiatives on roaming revenue, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Present product strategies, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor and grow a team of product managers and specialists focused on AI and automation in roaming
- Ensure all solutions meet relevant data privacy regulations and adhere to ethical AI principles

Required skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the telecommunications or roaming industry
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles for complex, data-driven, or AI-powered products
- Strong understanding of Network APIs, roaming architecture, and telecommunications business models
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts (AI/ML/APIs) into clear product roadmaps and business value
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and defining KPIs for technical products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
