This Corporate Finance Role role presents as an exciting and fulfilling opportunity with a highly respected and well networked Chartered Accounting Firm in Sydney.
This Firm operates across a range of areas - Business Advisory, Tax Consulting, Superannuation and Corporate Finance.

The Corporate Finance practice group is undergoing strong growth through delivery of high quality engagements, referrals from its broad and lucrative network and proactive Partners.
You will be trained and involved in a broad Corporate Finance activities - valuation of businesses, Due Diligence, M&A, preparation of Independent Expert's reports, capital raisings including preparation of investigating accountant's reports, Modelling, Buy & Sell side advisory.
With up to 2 years experience ideally you will have a backround in CF, but candidates with DD or analytics experience in Audit/Business Services will also be considered.
With strong communication skills, you will be pragmatic, a team-player, be flexible and have a desire to learn and develop Corporate Finance skills.
