Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 4 to 6 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in automotive, aviation, or contract manufacturing sectors
• Proven expertise in advanced problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma (Black/Green Belt) or Shainin Red X
• Experience with quality management systems and ERP tools (SAP, MES, JIRA, etc.)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and multi-task effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Automotive OEM or Tier 1 suppliers
• ASQ Certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer - CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt)
• Knowledge of NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) analysis and inspection processes
• Familiarity with developing PFMEA and Control Plans
• Ability to support cross-functional teams in strategic quality initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 4-6 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or aviation sectors
• Prior experience working with quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives

Other Requirements:

• This is an onsite role based in Haward, CA, with travel expected to locations such as Austin, Atlanta, and San Francisco as per business needs.
• The position is W2 only.
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead systemic quality improvements.
