Inside Sales Representative

Massachusetts or California | Office Based

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for two Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing US sales team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a career within technology sales while working alongside experienced Territory Managers in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Territory Managers in achieving regional sales targets.
  • Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Follow up sales leads and trade show opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare customer quotations and support order activity.
  • Build strong customer relationships and develop product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical products.
  • Understanding of computer systems, with networking knowledge advantageous.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, French or Portuguese) are advantageous. 

Working Arrangement

  • Fully office-based.
  • Locations: Massachusetts or California.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows and customer events.
