This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aged care professional to take a strategic role in driving AN-ACC accuracy, compliance and funding outcomes across a portfolio of residential aged care homes.

About the role As the AN-ACC Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of sustainable, high-quality aged care services across a residential portfolio.

Working closely with operational, clinical and finance teams, you will lead AN-ACC processes across multiple homes, ensuring assessments are accurate, funding is optimised and compliance standards are consistently maintained.

This role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise, AN-ACC knowledge, data analysis and stakeholder management skills to influence both resident outcomes and organisational performance.

Enrolled Nurses with strong AN-ACC experience are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive AN-ACC strategy and best-practice funding, compliance and assessment processes across residential aged care homes
  • Review resident classifications, funding outcomes and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and funding integrity
  • Lead internal reviews and support sites with AN-ACC audits, validations and external assessments
  • Partner with clinical teams to strengthen assessment practices and supporting documentation
  • Analyse performance data and funding trends to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas
  • Prepare meaningful reports and insights to support operational, executive and governance decision-making
  • Provide coaching, training and guidance to build organisational capability and AN-ACC knowledge
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve AN-ACC outcomes, compliance and funding performance
About you You will be an experienced aged care professional with strong AN-ACC knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.

You will be confident interpreting complex information, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting clinical teams to achieve accurate and compliant assessment outcomes.

To be considered, you will have:

  • RN qualification and current AHPRA registration preferred; ENs and allied health professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Extensive knowledge of the AN-ACC model and aged care funding frameworks
  • Minimum 3 years' residential aged care experience
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and understanding of aged care regulatory requirements
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and quality improvement
  • The ability to coach and support clinical teams to improve AN-ACC outcomes
  • Flexibility to travel across metro and regional locations as required
