Production Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily production and warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for data entry, reporting, scheduling, and maintaining accurate production and inventory information.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and warehouse activities.

• Maintain production, inventory, and order information.

• Use Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets and reports.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

• Enter and update information in the Warehouse Management System and Epicor.

• Monitor production schedules and provide updates as needed.

• Communicate with warehouse and production teams.

• Identify and report discrepancies or issues.

• Assist with inventory and production tracking.

• Complete general administrative and computer-related tasks.

• Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good computer and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment as needed.

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred.

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System or ERP system is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

Work Environment: Hybrid office/warehouse environment.
