Location: North Kerry
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary: €40k - €50k
On behalf of our client, a construction company, we are seeking an Office & Accounts Manager to join their team in North Kerry. As an Office & Accounts Manager you will be responsible for managing accounts, payroll, tender support, Health & Safety administration, and general office operations to ensure efficient business support and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain ledgers, process invoices, reconcile bank accounts, support management accounts
- Run weekly/monthly payroll, ensure PAYE/PRSI compliance, manage employee records and returns
- Assist with preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders
- Maintain safety documentation, training records, and compliance files
- General office management, HR support, filing, and reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (construction preferred)
- Strong accounts and payroll experience
- Knowledge of tendering processes and H&S compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
- Relevant business/accounting qualification
- Experience with public tender platforms (e.g. eTenders)
