The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the strongest Shopify and modern commerce practices in the region.
You will be working at the intersection of solution architecture, presales, and commerce strategy - partnering closely with customers to help shape modern, scalable commerce environments.
The role sits across the full solution lifecycle, from early discovery workshops and solution shaping through to architecture design and implementation handover. You will be working across highly integrated ecosystems spanning Shopify Plus, APIs, headless/composable commerce, ERP, OMS, PIM, payments, logistics, and wider enterprise platforms.
There is a strong focus on customer engagement and influence. You will have the opportunity to shape technical direction, guide platform decisions, and work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to design solutions that deliver genuine commercial impact.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering Shopify / Shopify Plus solutions within complex environments
- Previous experience within Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Presales
- Strong understanding of modern commerce ecosystems and integrations
- Experience across APIs, headless/composable commerce, and connected platforms
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to influence customer decision-making
- Experience working within consultancy, services, or customer-facing environments
- Experience working across ERP, OMS, PIM, payments, logistics, or marketing platforms
- Exposure to modern composable architecture approaches
- Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or customer presentations
- Exposure to AI, automation, or broader customer experience transformation initiatives
- Experience working within fast-paced consulting or transformation environments
