This is: what you’ll do
- Define and evolve enterprise architecture across customer platforms, aligning to strategic business outcomes
- Develop target state architectures and actionable roadmaps across key customer capabilities
- Lead the strategy for search, establishing a clear direction across platforms and customer journeys
- Evaluate online payment fraud solutions, including vendor assessment and future state recommendations
- Drive roadmap development across commercial workstreams and personalisation initiatives
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate priorities into scalable architecture solutions
- Provide governance and oversight across key programs and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with domain architects across data, integration, retail and corporate domains
- Ensure alignment to security, regulatory and data management standards
- Mentor architects and uplift architecture capability across the organisation
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Senior Enterprise Architect in large, complex environments
- Strong retail or consumer-facing industry experience across customer domains
- Deep knowledge of payments, eCommerce, CRM, marketing, loyalty and personalisation
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Coveo, Hybris and Stripe
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, cloud platforms and security
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and tools such as Ardoq
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to deliver practical, outcome-driven solutions
