Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the healthcare sector
- Manage and grow key customer relationships
- Identify opportunities across product portfolios
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Support tender submissions and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Proven BDM or sales experience in healthcare
- Experience in hygiene, cleaning products or any healthcare-related products is highly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Results-driven with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience managing key accounts and pipelines
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver’s licence
