As an agency of the Uniting Church and a charity that receives no government funding, Frontier Services relies on the generosity of supporters to deliver its vital programs across Australia, to support those doing it tough in isolated areas.
About the role
Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager and working collaboratively with the broader fundraising team, the Fundraising Campaigns Specialist will support the delivery of fundraising appeals and the Outback Angels Regular Giving program across a range of channels.
This is a varied and hands-on role, combining campaign coordination, donor care, supplier management, reporting and administration. It presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their fundraising career while gaining valuable experience across all aspects of Individual Giving.

Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of fundraising appeals and supporter engagement activities.
- Assist with the implementation of Regular Giving campaign plans, including acquisition, retention and conversion initiatives.
- Provide exceptional donor care and ensure timely responses to supporter enquiries.
- Maintain accurate donor records and campaign data within the CRM.
- Coordinate external suppliers, including campaign briefings, work-in-progress meetings, reporting, feedback management and stock control.
- Ensure campaign communications are on brand, relevant, timely and effectively communicate the impact of donor support.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting, insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve fundraising outcomes, supporter experience and operational efficiency.
- Support the wider fundraising team across a variety of Individual Giving projects and initiatives.

- Experience in fundraising, direct marketing, communications, donor care or a related field.
- Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Confidence working with data, reporting and CRM systems.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to thrive in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities.
