Lawyer/Associate - Banking & Finance (2-4 PQE)

Introduction
This is an opportunity to join a nationally integrated Banking & Finance team advising on complex, high-value financing transactions across a broad range of sectors. You will work collaboratively with leading practitioners while building strong transactional expertise in a supportive, market-leading practice.

The Role

• Advise financiers, borrowers, sponsors and government entities on a wide range of banking and finance matters.
• Work across diverse financing products including project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets.
• Collaborate nationally on transactions spanning sectors such as energy and renewables, natural resources, property and infrastructure.

About You

• You will ideally have 2–4 years’ PQE with transactional experience gained at a reputable commercial law firm.
• You will bring strong drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to manage matters both independently and as part of a team.
• You will be commercially minded, collaborative and motivated to build a long-term career in banking and finance.
