About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of investment management, product strategy, and fundraising. The successful candidate will represent the firm's real estate platform in Japan, working closely with institutional investors, sales teams, and global investment professionals to drive capital raising and business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagement with institutional investors, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and asset managers.
  • Drive fundraising and capital formation initiatives across real estate investment strategies.
  • Provide market insights, portfolio updates, and investment solutions to clients.
  • Partner with sales, investment, and product teams to support business development efforts.
  • Act as a key liaison between local investors and global investment teams.
  • Support product positioning, investor targeting, and strategic growth initiatives.


Requirements

  • Significant experience in real estate investments, private markets, fundraising, product specialist, or client portfolio management roles.
  • Strong relationships with institutional investors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree or above; CFA, CMA, ARES, or real estate-related qualifications are advantageous.
