Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Apartment Servicing) - London - Up to £47,000
I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in London, working On a High End residential buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks within a portfolio of High End residential properties in Mayfair, Marlyebone and Knightsbridge.
My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in High End Residential building services to work on High profile Buildings, carrying out maintenance on Luxury High End Residential Apartments on FCU's, NVHR and underfloor heating.

Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm

Requirements
- Apprentice Trained
- Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- Client Facing
- High End Residential Experience
- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
- Good Attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic Salary of up to £47,000
- 23 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

- Apartment Servicing - Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, NVHR, HVAC plant, Water treatment
- Knowledge of BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HIU's
- Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
- Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
- Site Cover as and when required
