Shift Options:
• Evening Shift: 2:00pm – 11:00pm
• Occasional night shift may be required
Primary shift is evenings; candidates should be open to occasional nights based on facility needs.

Aequor Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care at North Shore Care Center in Grand Marais, Minnesota. This 37-bed long-term care facility offers skilled geriatric and short-term rehabilitation services in a supportive, home-like environment. The LPN will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting residents’ overall health and well-being.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document appropriately
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Assist with care planning and daily living support
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Active LPN license (MN or compact)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in LTC, rehab, or geriatric care preferred
Contract Length: 13 weeks (initial)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts
Shifts: Primarily evenings, occasional nights
