About the organisation
people2people have partnered with a global leader who specialise in the design, manufacture and servicing of equipment and technologies that support a wide range of industries. They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team for a 2 month period.
About the role
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys working across multiple teams, and can confidently manage sales administration tasks in a service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities include
  • Process and manage parts requests including preparing quotes and inputting orders
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and customer requests
  • Track all requests, ensuring timely delivery and communication
  • Support the coordinators with admin tasks
  • Manage the end-to-end PO process
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be organised, accountable and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You will demonstrate:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous sales support, service coordination or spare parts experience
  • System savvy with exposure to ERP systems
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
  • Understanding of supply chain processes (highly regarded)
