We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to join a state government department and lead a significant Human Capital Management (HCM) program.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across a large-scale, enterprise-wide program, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities while driving effective governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in leading and delivering complex, large-scale programs in health or public sector environments.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives, with a track record of success at a program or portfolio level.
- Experience in implementing SAP HCM systems is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills across diverse government, health, and industry partners.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks relevant to large public sector programs.
- Superior communication and decision-making skills at executive levels.
