Location: Ravenna, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: $20/hr.


We are looking for a motivated Administrative Coordinator in Ravenna, Ohio. This temporary position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working with a variety of departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll provide administrative support across multiple departments, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Human Resources, and Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing recurring vendor payments and coordinating with suppliers
  • Scheduling meetings and assisting with day-to-day office operations
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and placing replenishment orders
  • Processing orders for manufacturing supplies and parts
  • Assisting with company events, employee activities, and internal communications
  • Researching office and manufacturing materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Supporting the development of office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Managing data and generating reports to support operational and leadership decisions

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus, but not required
