About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead the Bondi Junction store, reporting directly to the Area Manager. - Previous Store Management experience within premium, specialty or consultative retail.
- A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire a retail team.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
- A customer-first approach with the ability to create memorable in-store experiences.
- Confidence leading from the shop floor and setting the standard for your team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive leadership style that balances accountability with genuine care for your team.

- $68,000 - $70,000 + Super, depending on experience.
