Site Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a major healthcare infrastructure project within the Princess Alexandra Hospital precinct.

This is a long-term contract role on a complex brownfield project, offering the opportunity to work on critical hospital infrastructure while contributing to one of Queensland's key health facilities.

About the Project The project involves the upgrade of the existing services tunnel and pedestrian walkway servicing Buildings 15-19 within the PA Hospital campus.

Works include the delivery of essential hospital infrastructure, including:

• Electrical services
• Chilled water services
• Steam services
• Medical gases
• Services tunnel upgrades
• Pedestrian walkway improvements

The project is valued at approximately $30 million and is currently programmed for completion in July 2027.

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial, health or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working within live or brownfield environments (hospital experience highly regarded).
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and programme management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and drive project outcomes.
• Relevant construction qualifications and White Card.
