Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team on a casual ongoing basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside engineers and project teams, managing documentation, timelines, and coordination activities that keep projects on track. Based on an hourly rate of AUD41.58, this position is ideal for someone looking to develop their project management skills in a structured, professional environment.

• Coordinate project activities, documentation, and timelines across engineering teams
• Work with Power BI, MS Project, Visio, and other tools to track progress and communicate status
• Temporary role offering hands-on experience in project coordination within a major industrial organisation

Preferred Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple engineering project timelines and deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project) and Power BI for reporting
• Experience with Visio or similar diagramming tools for project visualisation
• Comfortable engaging with technical teams and translating project information into clear documentation
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across stakeholders and maintain accurate project records

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management qualification
• Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within engineering or manufacturing environments
