Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field
- 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications (must-have)
- Proficiency in building solutions using low-code tools (e.g., Flows) and pro-code (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Experience contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling protected health information
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies
- Involvement in business analysis or quality testing
- Degree in a technology-related subject
- Over 5 years of total development experience
- Proven track record working on Salesforce CRM solutions in a corporate environment
- Willingness to obtain or maintain Salesforce certifications
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to support additional tasks outside of primary responsibilities as needed
