Mergent Group are seeking a driven and adaptable Site Supervisor to join our team, supporting a portfolio of commercial projects across multiple sites throughout Adelaide. This is a fast-paced position where you'll typically oversee 4–6 active sites at any given time, requiring strong organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, specialist subcontractors, clients, and occasionally Designers and project stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships are essential.

  • Sound problem-solving capabilities and practical decision-making skills
  • A trade background, preferably in carpentry
  • Previous experience within commercial fit-out projects (highly desirable)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including Site Management.
  • Mandatory formal trade qualifications.
  • Maintain First Aid Level 3 Certification.
  • Prefer experience in handling Human and Industrial Relation issues.
  • Certificate 3 in OH&S is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
